you can get account on ebay and shop for old navy there. you are bound to get better bargains too. you can use a credit card but that depends on the seller on how he wants to go about it.

You can pay with any credit card when you shop on oldnavy.com; it does not have to be the Old Navy Card.

Usually, being an Old Navy cardholder will get you extra benefits to shopping with Old Navy, such as free shipping when you spend $100, and also you earn reward points which will earn you coupons to spend at Gap, Old Navy or Banana Republic.

You can use your credit card.  Add things to your shopping cart and when you are done it will ask how you want to pay.  Then you can put in your credit card information.  They will email you a receipt if you enter your email address.
