How do I show a picture or image so people can vote in yahoo answer. I have these pictures in a folder, How do I upload them, is it even possible, thank you in advance,

I think you need to just upload them to an image hosting service and then provide links.

You need to have your photo on a site like photobucket or flickr and copy the url link under the photo and right click and paste it in your question/answer as the link below.
