How do I shut down a website??

Well there is a website called webkinzforums.com and it is supposed to be a kid friendly website but it turned into a disaster!!!!!!!!!!!! Now it talks about sexual stuff and I NEED TO SHUT IT DOWN HELP PLEASE

  1. Find the webmaster and alert him to what's going on at his site.  At least give him a chance to clean things up before you have it shut down.
