How do I sign in to see things at freecycle?

The Freecycle Network™ [http://www.Freecycle.org] is made up of 4,143 groups with 3,996,000 members across the globe. It's a grassroots and entirely nonprofit movement of people who are giving (& getting) stuff for free in their own towns. It's all about reuse and keeping good stuff out of landfills. Each local group is moderated by a local volunteer (them's good people). Membership is free.

Start at http://www.freecycle.org and find your local group(s).  Once you are at the yahoo group, click the blue "Join this Group" button.  Choose your email preference--most freecycle groups have a lot of messages daily, so be prepared for a lot of email if you choose individual messages.  Then just read the messages, either on the group website or from your email (depending what you chose) for Offers.  If you are interested in something, reply to the person who posted the message by email.
