How do I sign out of a Yahoo Groups E-mail that keeps going to my Hotmail?

Hi for some reason, I keep receiving lots of emails (about 60 a day) from a certain Yahoo Groups that I don't remember signing up for in my Hotmail.

I've tried unsubscribing but to no avail.

How do I get them to stop sending me e-mails as I do not want to be part of that group?

Would appreciate your help if any of you can advise on this.

I would recommend getting in touch with the owner of the group by sending an e-mail to the address that will look something like this: [e-mail] to let them know that you have been trying to unsubscribe from this list and need further help.
