How do I sign up for adsense? (to put in youtube videos)?

I want to put adds in my youtube videos but when I sign up for adsense it says "website address" and I dont know what to put in because I only want adds in my youtube videos. what do I do?

You can't put Adsense ads in your youtube videos. When you apply, as you have found out, the first thing Adsense will want is your website URL. And Youtube of course is not your website

So you first need to have a website or blog where you can show your videos -- while at the same time using the site or blog to earn from Adsense

You can't embed Adsense in your Youtube videos. Adsense has a video unit program -- but they only allow Adsense ads to be embedded to the videos of their PARTNER video producers, not to anyone who posts a video on Youtube

I'm not exactly sure how AdSense works either. I had the same problem for like hours when I tried signing up for it and than I just gave up.
