  1. i don't know go to the library and get a book

  2. it depends on the bike and type of riding (some you don't even sit)

  3. You can sit perfectly no problem about it you can also stand to your bike by standing on your 2 pedals while biking

  4. it depend on what riding,

for racing bikes stand over your bike, their should be a 1 inch gap between your crotch and the top tube

for mountain bikes there should be a 3 inch gap,

  5. Put your **** on the seat, face over the handlebars, put feet on peddles, then Bike

  6. Forget the smart-aleck answers and look at Sheldon Brown's classic post on bicycle fit and positioning:

I can always tell an uninformed cyclist by their position from a distance.  First mistake is pedaling on the instep instead of balls of your feet (pedal clips or clipless pedals solve this problem).  The other is seat height: lots of bend in the knees on downstroke.  Too many people, and almost all children, are taught that you set your seat height so you can put both feet flat on the ground.  THIS IS WRONG!  Your legs should be almost fully extended on the downstroke.  Watch a pro on television sometime for an illustration.

I don't recall if Sheldon addresses this, but level your saddle with a carpenter's torpedo level, making sure the bike is on a level plane when you do.  Some prefer a little down tilt, some prefer a little up, but it's best to start level and modify from there for individual comfort.
