How do I sort members by location?

Yahoo Groups does not offer that feature.  My suggestion would be to privately ask all of your members to tell you their locations. Save that info in a document on your computer.  Then export your members list  and save it on your computer. Enter member info in a spreadsheet on your computer and add a Location column to the spreadsheet. Then enter each members location from the other document. Save the spreadsheet.  

Then you could sort the spreadsheet entries by location (column).
