How do I sprain/break my ankle? ?

Don't ask. I need to know. (I have to seriously get out of something that I don't want to do...see my evil grandpa) so I kinda need to sprain or break my right ankle.

How do you sprain/break your ankle on purpose?

if you people must know....he seriously ha(i)te(no e)s me... my mom knows. hes in the hospital for something stupid, and I HAVE to see him unless I can make this happen. I dont think I can ever see that man. DONT WORRY, I AM NOT SICK IN THE HEAD. my mom told me I didnt have to go unless this happens. I've seen doctors about this, etc. but..please help me

  1. It REALLY hurts. Even a small sprain.

    And it hurts for a while, and you can't go anywhere ...


  2. Do NOT break your ankle! You will regret it for a long time. The pain could come back when you're older and keep you from doing some of the physical things that you really want to do.

    Trust me, do not be stupid and break your ankle. FAKE IT. But do not REALLY break it.

  3. Is that really the mature thing to do? I doubt you would succeed anyway. It would be funny if you really messed up your leg and they put you in the room right next door to his.

  7. you could do some gymnastic moves wrong and sprain itor you could lift a 20 or 50 pound weight and drop it on your foot i broke my foot by falling down the steps at my house on accident

  8. Trust me, you do not want to hurt your ankle. It can have lasting effects. Pretend to be sick .. steam your face for a fever, heat some pet food in the microwave and spread on the floor for fake vomit ..

    do you realize how frigged up it is to intentionally want to mess up your ankle... you'll always have pain in it after etc. I'd just start limping around and don't wreak it because you'll regret it for the rest of your life.../ be a bigger person and face your grandpa he's in the hospital for heaven sake and what did you do in order for him to have these feelings? maybe it's time you two talk about it and make up.???

  11. go to the playground. run full speed down a really twisted, curvy slide. that's what i did BY ACCIDENT.

    Seriously, you'd be crazy to actually do that. Just pretend to have a fever or a migraine or something.

  13. no offense, but I'm really starting to see the lack of intelligence you have. why would you even think about harming yourself in a very painful way just to see someone ? have you ever broken something in your body before ? its really not easy but when it happens it hurts. if someone finds out that you've done this to yourself on purpose (doctors might find out) and they will seriously think your mentally ill or a harm to yourself. is this something you really need to think about.

    Well. I broke mine in two places by running on the road...I was stopping on my right foot and pushing off of it really hard, til it just collapsed on me. To make it worse, my friends told me to walk on it. If you break it, don't make it worse and walk on it....

    So yea, put one ankle under serious stress, more than its used to, and it'll give way eventually....

    Drink lots of milk when you're done, you sick sick girl.

  17. fake it god dang it. or you could jump from like 1 meters on your right ankle with the bottom of your foot facing inwards towards your left foot. this should strain a ligement in your foot and you wont be able to walk for 1-2 days and it'll hurt for like 4 days. good luck this happened to me while skateboarding. :)

    EDIT: don't break your ankle thats just sad and you'll have to put it in a cast and u wont be able to use it for like 6 weeks

  19. Well, you can go jump off something really high with your foot turned inward when you land on it, that aught to work for you. WOW!  

  20. wtf?! why would your mom make you go if he "ha(i)te(no e)s" you?! i would stand your ground and tell your just not going, but i know depending on what kind of a person your mother is and/or how old you are that can be difficult.

    i've looked around on the internet and i found that the best way is to jump from a high place (like a second story balcony or a ladder or something).
