How do I stand up for my self avoiding making the situation worse?

Im having this problem, my boss has done something unethical, I came to her and have given her the chance to make things right and she is stalling and trying to avoid doing what I have asked her, I dont want to go to her boss and get her in trouble I just want justice and for her to make things right, she is leaving me no choice and I know I can get her in trouble,

well everytime you see her drop a hint that your still waiting for her to do that favor for you give it a week or two if she doesnt come around and say something to you about it then do what you gottah do..
