How do I start a Fashion Boutique at the age of 14?

I really love fashion. I can draw an awesome outfit and everyone would love it. it's something I love to do. I really need help in starting though. Do I need money, how do I get the money, and how will I get so many outfits made? Any help? What do I have to do?

grow up, nobody will enter into a legal contract with a minor.

go to college, get a job, earn money, save money, learn about the business then open business.

You don't. In everywhere I know of you'd not even be allowed to own a business at age 14. The best you could do would be to start learning the business skills needed for when you can do it.

Remember that as well as being able to draw outfits, you or someone else would have to be able to make them, general business skills like marketing, accounting, etc would also be needed. Most places wouldn't give a business start up loan to anyone without the right skills and a good plan first.
