How do I start a topic forum within my Group?

Question

I am a new Moderator and with past experiences, I don't want to "click first, then fix later" so how do I set up different Topic Forums within my Group so they can respond to each and every particular area that is concerning them for that day?

this is difficult to do in current groups, due to that the web user chooses how to read off the group and clicking reading by tpic or individual posts- and forget topics if they read via e-mail.

Can I group Messages by topic? How?

if your group settings on the web is topic reading, that is a setting per member, and not how all will see the group unless they also choose that. you may want to offer the group that link.

you can only have one group, you cant have two groups within one.

to post- you create a post- title it, send and then go on to the next. use key words.

PS. many many  "click first, then fix later",  you're not the first to do that and you certainly wont be the last :)
