How do I start an adult Magazine?

Question

I want to start a magazine that caters to adults who are looking for escorts, strippers, adult stores, strip clubs, and anything that has to do with these general areas of interest. I believe that I would make tons of money off of ads, but what exactly is it that I need in order to launch a magazine of this sort besides the basics such as printers, distributors, editors, graphic designers, photographer? I don't know if I covered it all. So please tell me what I may have left out.
