  1. Set some goals on paper for yourself to see everyday. Next to them, write the outcome of the endeavors you want to pursue. Keep thinking to yourself " I can do this" "I will accomplish this" "this is what I really want, and I will do my best to complete it."

  2. Learn how to make decisions based on your experiences and knowledge that you believe. If you don't have your own thinking, you can never be successful.

Set goals. When you set goals, you have direction.

Recognize when you achieve your goals, so that you will build your confidence.

Consider reasons you fail. Everyone fails to achieve some goal, but if you learn from the failure, you will be more likely to succeed in your next attempt, building your confidence.

Use realistic expectations to judge your success. Do not expect to run a four minute mile, until you have trained and conditioned for running.

Listen to critics, but never let them convince you that you are less than you are. Some critics will tear you down to make themselves look better, while others will offer critical advice to help you make changes to improve yourself.

Give your time and energy to others. When you do this, you will be rewarded with positive feed back, appreciation, and respect. These are building blocks for self respect, which is essential to believing in yourself.

Believe in yourself, you will do your best.

Old beliefs do not lead you to your success. Remember to review your beliefs frequently.

Some people tend to be their own worst critics. Avoid this, or you will only see your failures.

Never stop believing in yourself. If you do, you will not succeed in life.

Get to know yourself before you believe in yourself. Know what works best for you.

  3. The honest answer is,

There is always going to be a chance that you dont succeed. We don't need to deny that. If you act out of fear, and not act because you doubt yourself you might aswell tie yourself to a chair in an empty room and you will get the same end result.

The thing about business is that you lose some, you win some and it's those losses that you make that end up being the reason you succeed. Its a learning journey and you should understand that youve got to be in it to win it. Follow your instincts and in the long run whether you succeed or fail, ultimatley you will have won more that you would have if you had talked yourself out of it.

Look at worse case scenario. How can you appreciate the good unless you've experienced the bad. How can you learn from your mistakes if you never took the chance to make them. Every set back you will ever come across, is just a stepping stone to something bigger.

Do you need to be convinced that you will succeed? Or do you need to realise that you actually have nothing to fear?

    You only live once,

    Good Luck (:

  4. If you had no doubts, you would be superhuman. Keep doing your homework, keep learning and persevere. And even if it fails the first time, you have learned so much, and improved your self believe.  As Edison said: "I know 1000 ways how not too make a globe" So, you have 999 tries left.

  5. our school prinicpal is a firm beliver of "goal setting"

what this basically is, you write out a list of everything that you want to achieve this year and no matter how plausible it it, you write it down.

next, rank each of these goals in order of importance. so if you want to start a business, your first goal might be, "to provide quality customer service......or something like that

then, start working at them! once you got like 10 goals you want top achive, work hard at making these dreams a reality. if you set your mind to it, you can achieve it and who knows? maybe you could be really sucessful at your business?!

dont doubt yourself. this is the worst thing that you could do to yourself, it lowers your self esteem and if you keep thinking that your gonna fail, others are going to think so too and soon enough.......you will. so dont think on it!, just work hard and strive to hit that target

    good luck

  6. Set some small goals. Once you meet some goals, increase the size of the goal. Once you continually meet your goals, you will gain confidence in yourself and abilities.

For instance, I was getting discouraged about being able to go back to college and at one point had changed my mind about running my own PI company, but I have now returned to school and I am in my 7th class for a BS in Business administration. My goal is to make a 4.0 the whole time I am in school while working full time. I have been giving it 100% and I have seen the results with my GPA and confidence level!

I know I can do this now, not for anyone else, but just for myself!

    Good luck with everything!
