How do I start freecycle in Sparks, Nevada?

I currently still use freecycle in fremont but have recently moved to reno. How do I get freecycle started in my area?

I just checked and Reno offers service to the Sparks area.  Have a look at Reno freecycle and see if it works for you.  If you think Sparks needs its own (not a dumb idea -- I belong to three that are within minutes of each other), then contact freecycle.org and see what you can do.  I think is is probably not hard to do, if you can find someone to be the moderator.  Like maybe you.
