Question:

How do I start jogging other than running? I mean to start out as a beginner to train for track?

I am 15 and will be 16 on monday. I weigh around 168-174

Do you have any tips on diet? I don't eat a lot but I don't seem to gain weight I drink lots of water eat fruit almost everyday.

Also do I look like a track runner to you? I mean in size and all.

You could most definitely be in track if you wanted to!  I'm on track too.  I don't do much on the off season(i'm bad like that XD) but i would suggest to start exercising regularly.  Every day go on a jog/fast walk, maybe for like a half hour at first, then steadily increase the time and/or speed of your walk/jog.  But you also need to think about what you want to do in track.  You could do trowing/discus, or hurdles, or long/high jump, maybe triple jump or pole vault.  Or if you just want to do long distance or sprinting thats cool too.  (i do hurdles and the 4X1 relay)  

    Your main focus right now is to train your body to be able to take running...like learning to breath in through your mouth and out through your nose.
