  1. You should start an ezine for this first. There are many websites that do it, and you can see if there is any interest in the magazine in the first place.

    It is nice to get a fanbase going and promote maybe a few free issues before charging for the ezine.

    If you have interest there are small press publishers that will make the magazines for you. Peek abou in google.

    Also www.lulu.com has free online publishing, you may want to check out their services.
