How do I start my own no-kill animal shelter?

I am 13 now, but I love animals so much, that I want to help them, I need to know how much it would cost to get one, or make one, and if there are any state laws I need to know about. I live in MA right now, Im not going to get an animal shelter now, I'm going to save up, then get/build one when Im old enough. And it wont only be for just cats and dogs, it'll be for all sorts of animals!!! From a hamster to a horse, and everything in butween! Thx :3>

Hi! im 13 to and i love animals also... this might not help you, or answer ure question (sorry) but what im going to do is volonteer at a animal shelter, because ure helping animals while u save up money if ure 13 u might have to bring a legal gaurdian untile 15 or 16 i believe, im glad that other young kids like me are interested in helping animals!!! :D So goodluck!!! and hope it works out

u can start now with ur basement and backyard but dont tell your parents, just start bringing the animals in, they wont understand (like will smith aka the fresh prince said).
