How do I start tearing down a mobile home?

We got a old Mobile that can't be lived in and we want to tear the trailer down to the ground.. How would you start on this project?

Take the metal skin off first. Then remove all insulation then work on wood frame and floors.

  If you start from the out side, the panels should be aluminum,wires are cooper, and plumbing too, some window frames are alum.. take to scrap yard and get some money, for your efforts.

I never done it before ,but I would start on the inside. Reciprcating saws are great for this type work.

to salvage or throw away,if your throwing it away tow it to the landfill they have break-it machines ,turn to rubble in less than 5 min.......tom

if it was me i would use a car or truck maybe a fire but if i was going to do it the non redneck way just start by taking roof apart then gutting the inside take cabinets, wall then move to the floor once everything else is done
