How do I start to play Yu-Gi-Oh cards and what decks/cards should I start buying to start off with?

Rise of the Dragon Lords is a good deck, Zombie Madness, The Dark Emperor, Warrior's Triumph is an ok deck, but the decks alone suck, buy two Rise of the Dragon Lords  because Decoy dragon is an awesome card, the dark emperor and fury of the deep is good because mobius and caius own if they're both out.

I would pick Gladiator Beasts Deck or Zombie decks are also good. When you pick whatever deck you decide on, in it will have an instruction hand book and a folded  playing mat. That's a pretty good start. If you want to enter a tournament. You can check your local

yu-gi-oh store shops and they will have info on any tournaments in the area and they may even hold some themselves and if you enter a tournament it's good to use a felt playing mat but they cost allot about $24 for the cheapest I've seen. If you shop around you might be able to get one cheaper i'm not sure.

i recommend u to start yu gi oh with the latest yu gi oh 5d starter deck

man it has the latest card from the yu gi oh serie, pluse the card in the sstarter deck has INCLUDE , GAIA KNIGHT THE FORCE OF EARTH,SONIC DUCK,AND JUNK WARRIORS

you get a friend that already plays i guess.

i actually got my friends playing.

id start off with one of the older structure decks like the fury of the deep or blaze of destruction.

or if you want to go into more complex decks id use the spell casters judgment deck.

ive used all three my favorite is the spell casters judgment.
