How do I start up a promotion service for parties and restaurants?

I have pet rats. I find when I travel with them the general public love them they are so sweet.

My idea is when people have a party I can take my rats along for entertainment. They can also be set up in dinning rooms of restaurants, esp Chinese as it is the year of the rat.
