  1. Bummer... What i do is stop by Starbucks and buy a coffee when I'm feeling sleepy, tired, and or droopy

  2. Think about all of the money you could make... when you learn all of the "problem solving skills" you could (probably) apply to almost anything!!!  And eat a good breakfast and get a good nite sleep!  Enjoy!!

  3. You could try eating better in the morning. Fruits do wonders. Try this: Get some strawberries, cut up apples, and some grapes. Then get some marshmallow cream and cream cheese. Mix them together and dip the fruit in it. It is so good. And it is great for the brain, muscles, and metabolism. I hope this helped. Tell me how it goes.

    * I know how you feel. I HATE math!! LOL!

  4. get interested and get to bed at an early ime. just think of it this way: when you fail the grade youll have to KEEP trying to saty awake in that class.

    really try!

  5. Try eating a chocollate bar right before you go in or coffee

  6. When my daughters are being sluggish in the morning I pop a little baggie of MnMs in their bags. When they feel themselves dozing off they pop one in their mouth for a quick pick me up.

Also, halfway through the class you could take the bathroom pass and get out of the room and stretch your legs quickly.

And of course try to get a good night sleep and eat a healthy breakfast.

  7. Eat healthy and exercise regularly- it does WONDERS

Get 7 hours of sleep a night.  If that isn't enough try 8 or 9.  Everyone is different, people need different amounts.
