How do I stay warm...!?!?

I live in Michigan where it's cold a lot of the time. I need some ideas of how to keep myself warm!!!

NO ICE CREAM OR POPSICLES

socks on feet at all times

keep yourself active and blood flowing, it'll raise your body temp. and at night before going to bed place a space heater in your bed room at least 30 an hour before going to sleep or place it before showering and you should be good to go. i live in the dessert, where days are hot but nights are pretty cold, so I know what you are going through.

1.  Dress warmly.

2.  Make sure your house is weatherproofed- it doesn't do to heat the air that escapes.

3.  Rely on a space heater instead of your furnace heating the whole house.  If you spend most of your time in inly a few rooms of the house, keep the house a bit cooler, and use the space heater only in the room you're in.  Have it in the living room during the day, and take it to the bedroom before you go to bed.  There's lots of good little ones with good thermostats.
