How do I stop Yahoo Finance portfolio and quote pages from refreshing automatically or so frequently?

Turn off the stream button.

You need to turn off the stream function.

Where it says on with a down arrow, click on the down arrow and you should see three options.  clic on off and you should be set.  Be sure to log off and that should save your settings in the cookies on your computer.

At wost case you can change it next time as now you lnow where to change it.
