  1. if you have the charging cable for the controller why not connect it and I think it won't turn off when it's connected because it will keep charging

  2. you cant because your not in control the system works itself or something like that?

  3. From personal experience, I have had to get this achievement myself. Being stuck at 980 in a game is no fun at all. Now usually the rubber band around the joystick would work, but the controller still will time out. Instead, get 2 or 3 rubber bands and wrap around numerous things. Such as the left joystick, and the right trigger. That works for me.

However, in Viva Pinata, it does not matter how long your controller will stay active because every 30 minutes a Factory Request screen pops up which stops the games clock and controller movement in-game. Hence unless you decline this request, the clock won't resume and the controller will shut off. It's tedious work getting this achievement because most games with the "Play for ___ hours" achievement don't't have things that interrupt it.

    Hope this helps you out.

  4. I tape down a joystick when I do these kind of achevements, but be careful, if you leave your 360 on for too long it may get the RRoD

  5. listen to gamerxzx

  6. This is extremely easy I have done numerous achievements were you have to do things such as this, I found that after a certain amount of time ex "20 mins" the controller turns off due to inactivity. But my solution was to tie a rubber band on the left joy stick so if in a shooter game you will be infinitely spinning. Good Luck and hope you get the achievement.

  7. Connect a charger lead to it and remove the battery pack (:

and if that doesn't work Go with the rubber band (:
