How do I stop a washing machine?

Hi I set my washing machine to wash my cloths but want it to stop how do I make it stop?

  1. on mine:

    either turn cycle button to off, or push the on off button.  It will   take a few minutes to stop as it  needs to drain.


  2. Open the door on top of washer if it is top loader, if it is front loader pull plug.

    Good Luck

  3. A) Pull the plug.

    B) To drain it. Turn the programme dial to the spin setting and let it empty itself,wait a minute then you can open the door.

  5. just switch it off and wait for the door to unlock

  6. usually you can push the stop button Or open the washer door( unless it's a front loader) or as one person suggested, pull the plug out. Do NOT open the door and stick your hand in to stop it.

    THERE  TO TURNED IT  OFF  FOR  YOU!

  9. If you have to ask it makes me wonder how you got it started in the first place.

  10. if it is a top loader...open the lid or push in the dial

    front loader..probably have to wait until the cycle stops to unlock the door

    first time doing laundry?
