Okay.. I'm wanting to tone-up abit, but at the same time eat healthier.Trouble is i give into temptation of chocolate and crisps toooo easy as it's a quick and easy snack and i'm not fussed on salad's and fruit.Most nights I don't even cook a main meal, I just snack till I'm full which i know is bad..How can I break this habit?
