How do I stop e-mails being sent to me from the Sandy Blair group? I am getting too many.?

I'd prefer to just occasionally check the site instead of getting so many.

go to this link http://groups.yahoo.com/mygroups click edit my groups on the top left- locate group (if there's more than one) under the column Message Delivery click the arrow for the drop down box and select digest or no mail- click save changes
