Im Catholic and I know it wrong but how do I stop

Find another activity that takes up your time.  If you are too busy or tired from doing something else it won't happen.  For instance, go jogging, gym, pool or any type of exercise.  Play a team sport.  As long as your busy, you get your mind and body off of it.

Why would youre religion not allow masterbation?  Are they some kind of clean freaks that don't want sticky hands or something?  I suggest grabbing hold of the situation and playing yankie doodle dandy till the doubt goes away.  La paz vato.

If you think its wrong because of what your religion says, then ask God for leadership and guidance and pray for your rate of masturbation to decrease.
