My enV constantly turns off whether it's in my hand or pocket, even when it is fully charged. It has never fallen in water or been damaged in any way. I don't know whats causing it to turn off or how I can fix it but if anybody has information it would be appreciated. Thanks!

  1. you just gotta get your dogs on a colla balla, i hope you like that, chokechain for the necks and i dont think they like that, woof woof how they howl....no but seriously throw your en-V battery from the roof of a two story house onto a California King sized Tempurpedic mattress.  I did it with my phone and the battery life doubles and it never turns off...hope this helps :-)

  2. The exact same thing happened to me. I took my phone to a local Verizon store and a Tech employee helped me.

She said that what may be causing it is the phone needs to go through a  software update.

What you'll need to do is go to a Verizon store (I don't suggest a "Go Wireless" place) and ask around.

My phone was updated for free, but it took a little less than an hour to do it, not including the wait for assistance.

Hopefully that'll do it, but it may need to be replaced. The Verizon store should do that for free, or call around for a store that can.

I hope this helps, and I hope your enV "pulls through."

    :]
