How do I stop my burps?

For a few weeks now, I've had the major case of burps. I don't know why I'm burping all the time, but I can't seem to stop it. They're not gross belching burps, they're just short, continuous burps. Can anyone tell me why I'm burping so much and how to stop them?

  1. Burping is an indication of accumulation of gas in the digestive system.  This can be a sign of cancer. However in most cases it is more so a sign of your digestive system slowing down or as a result of your system becoming acidic because of the excess consumption of acidic foods and not enough alkaline foods.  Gas accumulation can also be as a result of not chewing your foods adequately before swallowing.  Thus the food is not properly assimilated with saliva.

While chewing, your foods mix with saliva which is the first stage of digestion.

If the food is not properly chewed then the pieces that are swallowed spends a longer time in the digestive system, and ferments. This causes the gas bubbles.  So spending more time to eat and chewing longer is recommended.

If your digestive system is clogged up, then this will cause a slowing effect and also causes you to produce gas bubbles.  In this case you might need to get a proper colon cleanse done.  It is recommended that you use a cleansing system that will restore your gastrointestinal system to the proper ph level after cleansing.  Usually the use of a cleanser that carries pro biotic is recommended.  One such cleanser is BotanaCleanse.

Eating much more acidic foods than alkaline food will cause an imbalance which will result in your system becoming acidic.

Acidic foods includes beans, burgers, breads, macaroni, oats, and other carbohydrates.

Alkaline foods are mainly your fruits and most vegetables – oranges, cherries, raw carrots, raw cabbages, broccoli, ripe bananas, grapefruits, apples, apricots, brussel sprouts, irish moss, potatoes, etc.

If you are not a lover of fruits and vegetables then you’ll need to use natural supplements that supply you with most of these.  Three such good supplements are Ultra Vitality, Mega Juice and Genesis.
