Question:

How do I stop my fringe going greasy overnight?

I prefer to wash my hair in the evening as I have no time in the morning, but when I wake up my fringe is greasy and messed up! - even when it was styled the night before! It only looks good when I've washed my hair in the morning and then straightened it, but I don't want to do this. Is there anyway I can still wash my hair at night and have a non-greasy, ok looking fringe in the morning? Thanks.

  1. i had this problem too

what you should do is just wash your fringe over the sink in the morning with some shampoo then brush it and blow dry it softly

it should take about 10 minutes

and your fringe wont go greasy or frizzy!

    hope i helped

  2. When you wake up just wash your 'fringe' in the sink. Not all the rest of your hair. Then blowdry it and straighten it.

    Simple as that..

    :)

  3. try batiste dry shampoo

or another brand if you cant get that

just spray it on and it'll dry out the grease untill you can wash it in the evening

or for a quick fix rub some talc in your hair, rub in well so it doesnt go white though

  4. When my hair is getting a bit greasy but i don't have the time to wash it, I use talcum powder or dry shampoo :) It makes it much less greasy. But it might be some product that you are putting on your hair that is making it greasy? Like heat protection or straightening balm? So you might want to swap around and see which is best for your hair. x

  5. wash it on a night and sleep on it wet when you wake up you will need to straighten it but t dnt look too dry n it dnt look greasy i had the same problem...if this doesn't work just was your fringe in the sink in the morning instead...it wnt take as much time

  6. try some dry shampoo, lee staffords in the bright pink can from boots is the best, refreshes ur hair and doesnt show up in dark hair which usual dry shampoo does. need to practice using it cos too much makes ur hair itchy but once u get the hang of it its great stuff
