Question:

How do I stop my hair from breaking?

I'm a guy, and I have long hair (a little past my shoulders). Theres a problem, though. My hair breaks easily!

I wash my hair around 3 times a day (before school, after school, and before I go to bed).

I know you lose around 100 hairs a day(average) but it seems like I'm losing a lot more then that.

So, is there a way I can stop this from happening?

  1. Your hair is incredibly dry, that's why it's breaking off!  Why are you washing it so often?  Are you a swimmer?  If so, then you can wash and then condition it after swimming. There is no need to wash your hair 3 times/day.  Once/day is enough.

What in the world are you doing in the middle of the night that you have to wash your hair before you go to bed and the next morning?!  (No, don't answer that!).

  2. with a fresh pure coconut milk, mix it with an eggyolk, massage it to your entire scalp and all of the hairs. let it stay there for 1-2 hours. them rinse it very well. your hair will be stronger, soft and shinny. do it as you want to.

  3. Stop washing your hair so often. Seriously. Three times a day is way too much. This constant washing you're doing is drying your hair out from its natural oils, which helps keep your hair strong. Its actually best to wash your hair every other day, but it will be just fine to wash your hair once a day. I'm not sure why you're washing your hair that many times, but whatever the reason, its not good. Stop washing your hair so often and you'll be fine!!
