My elderly neighbour recently obtained $6000 hearing aids with which he can hear at least 5 houses down and across the street with. It has become a problem because he listens in on my wife and I's outdoor conversations as well as my neighbours. I know this because 1. He said he could, and 2. He has come up to my wife and said "so did you get this or that done?" and things she has never mentioned. The information he may gather is not a worry, but the fact that he is listening to us creeps us out. Aside from telling him to stop what else can I do? Is there some leagal ground I have? Is there a low audible frequency device that I can install that won't affect my toddlers? Thank you.
