How do I stop my previously typed searches showing in my safari browser on webpages like google?

Every time I go to fill in a box, a drop down list appears with my previous searches. For example, if I go to search in google, a list of my searches appears in a drop down box.

How do I disable this function?

  1. i think you can go down and press delete on the list and it wont happen anymore if that doesn't work clear some of your history cookies.


  2. Delete  the google down-list thing:

    1.Click on the search field

    2. Hover over the previously searched list

    3. Press delete

    It deletes the high-lighted search

    Delete Browsing History:

    1. Click on Tools

    2. Click on Internet Options

    3. Click on Clear History

    Delete History:

    1. Click on Tools

    2. Click on Internet Options

    3. Click on Delete Cookies

  3. ok when u type in a letter and list will appear (using the keyboard)  go down and then press the delete key (which is on ur keybord) tada there gone and i think if u delete ur history it will go away but no t sure about that
