  1. he has to give feedback and pay you. just report him

  2. can't you just, like, tell him that you wont sell?

there should seriously be some Ebay police.

  3. You can put him on your banned list and he will no longer see your listings.

Check in your eBay preferences for details.

  4. then why dont you let ebay know

  5. You can block bidders who have 0 feedback or minus feedback by going into the help section and typing in BLOCK BIDDERS and there will be a form to fill in.

  6. i think theres a way to report the person to ebay, but what theyre doing is not right and you should have some recourse.

  7. You can block him.

  8. Hi: This is a seller's nightmare. There are two things you should do.

First, go to  http://offer.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?B...  and add the buyer's user name to your blocked buyers list. That buyer can never buy from you again, unless you remove his name from that list.

Second, you really should report this to eBay. You can email them or call them at 800-717-EBAY. Probably email is best since you will have a record of your letter to eBay. The buyer will probably be suspended from eBay.   Good luck!

  9. You can set up buyer requirements for your listings by going to the Seller Preferences section in My eBay. These requirements are based on characteristics, rather than specific user IDs. For example, you can block all buyers that have a negative Feedback score.

If you know that you don't want to sell to certain eBay members, you can put them on your blocked list. Members on that list will not be able to bid on any of your listings until you remove them from the list. You can block up to 5000 user IDs.

To add a member to your blocked list:

Go to the Blocking a bidder/buyer page.

Enter the user IDs of the eBay members you wish to block in the text box.

    Click the Submit button.

    Canceling bids

In general, sellers should not cancel bids on their auctions.

Legitimate reasons to cancel a bid include:

A bidder contacts you to back out of the bid.

You cannot verify the identity of the bidder after trying all reasonable means of contact.

Important: Bids cannot be reinstated once they've been canceled.

Note: You are also able to cancel bids when you end your listing early.

    To cancel a bidders bid:

Go to the Canceling bids placed on your listing page.

Enter the Item Number, the user ID of the bid you are canceling, and the reason you are canceling the bid.

    Click the Cancel Bid button.
