How do I stop stressing?

I always worry about the small things in life that shouldn't be stressed about. I try to think positive thoughts and seek advice but it doesn't work at all. Is there any ways to help me to ease my stress and stop worrying about the small things in life?

  1. Exercise daily, eat correctly, make sure you get your vitamins, etc.  


  2. Keep thinking positive. Remember, stressing is a hard habit to break. You will slip back. When you do, dont fret, just try to clear you mind & get positive again.

    Dont give up.
