How do I stop sweating during ballet?

you may not think so but during ballet i sweat in mu underarms alot! it's not the smell, its just the sweat stains! it reallly embarasing and it dosent happen to anyone else. i've tried Dove antipersperent and it does NOTHING! some of my cool leotards i cant even wear cuz they have really noticable sweat stains. this even happen when im just sitting there on hot days! i apreciate any help!

Ask your dr. about getting a prescription strength deodorant. They can work wonders!

I take ballet too, and the sweat can get annoying. I started using men's gel deodorant awhile back, and it makes a difference. Don't trust Dove for ballet class - that weak kind of deodorant wasn't designed for athletes. If nothing else helps you could ask a doctor or try clinical strength deodorant. Good luck.

I think everyone has already said the main things, but one thing to try is wearing leotards that are low around the sides. So no cap sleeves. That way you don's sweat directly on you leotard.
