How do I stop the lousy noisy motor scooters zaping down our street?

It is a shame that some people are so ignorant and non-caring about other people in their neighborhood. Why is it they always seem to be Mexicans?

LOL, you could file a complaint.  They cannot ride that loud scooter without a license on the street.  If you see them again call your local police station (not 911) and ask for a police officer to let them know its not ok and its causing a disturbance in the neighborhood.  

I have heard those a few times and it is super annoying...

It's kind of unfair to say that they are always Mexicans. But if that is true, maybe they can't get a license without a ss card.

Have you tried calling the cops and logging a complaint? Especially if it is during wee hours of the morning. That would be considered noise pollution.
