Question:

How do I stop worrying soo much?

I'm always worred about having health problems even though I'm a overalll pretty health person, and I've had a family where nobody has died from natrual causes untill atleast their 50s. I'm only 20.

Also please help me out with this....

  2. take a nap. or get chocolate, or icecream, read a book, take a shower.

  3. Things like this should always be checked out by a doctor, mole problems I have heard can be related to cancer.

  7. maybe u are surrounded by people (not exactly your family) who worry too much about their health and u keep hearing them complaining about it and its not healthy. relax...think of the good things that u have right now, things that other people cant afford because of poverty. my friend u are so lucky!

  8. Just take it easy, I think many people also worry about their health problem. The most important, you must do exercise every day and keep youself fit, and go to cinema, shopping, clubbing or something that can make u more relax.

  10. i used to have that problem to then i just got over it. just tell yourself what will this one time hurt when u do unhelthy things. u may be a hypochondiract and need therapy, but thats only if its affectng your daily to an extreme

  12. First of all you are way to young to be worrying to much. I was a big time worrier for a long time. And what I did was I told myself is that the worrld is alot bigger than myself and life is to short to worry so just take each day as your last and have fun. What also helped me is to takke a few minutes out of everyday and sit by yourself and just breathe. that should calm you down and just relax
