How do I stop yahoo from requesting my password every time I click on the screen?

This only happens when using a Freecycle group, and only since I changed email address. It also only happens when the fortnightly password verification period is up. The password is accepted, and is correct. I also find that, as a result, my Freecycle posting does not then appear on the Freecycle list of messages.

  1. not sure why it wouldmake a difference as to which group you log onto, regardless of topic, a yahoo group is a yahoo group. if you click that two week deal, it should save it. it may have something more to do with your computers temp files and cookies.

as for your messags not posting to the archives, my guess is your moderated and the owner didn't approve the post. that's something you'll have to verify with the owner.

  2. At one point and time I had to enter my password it seemed like every time I wanted to do anything on yahoo. I went into ACCOUNT INFO and changed PROMPT FOR PASSWORD.
