How do I stop yahoo search from displaying previous searches while I am entering a search subject?

  1. Open inet options in the control panel and hit the clear history tab.


  2. You can erase your history.  Click on the blue down arrow next to the search history in the yahoo toolbar.

    Click on the "purple" Yahoo with Options next to it.

    From the drop down menu, click on "Clear Search History."  Or... Uncheck "Enable Auto Complete."
