How do I strengten and thicken my fine hair?

I have really fine hair and I wanted to know how can I strenghten and thicken it. I want it to look like I have more hair than I do. Oh by the way my hair is really long.

Unfortunately, you can't make your hair thicker. But, what you could do is go shopping for a shampoo and conditioner that has wheat proteins and polymers in it, which coat the hair strands and make them appear thicker. When your hair is dry, curl it in big loose curls to give it some bounce. Also, learn how to use spray volumizers, they're light enough to deposit a light mist of shine in droplets on the hair without wilting it. I have the same problem, but all this works for me, and hopefully for you too!

Try a protein conditioner.  It penetrates the cuticle of your hair and distributes the protein into the shaft of your hair making your hair feel fuller and thicker.

use a volumizing shampoo and conditioner then blow dry it but blow dry it with a roller brush and your head down then flip it up and put sheen then flat iron that should make it nice straight and thick hope this helps k
