How do I stretch the top of my thigh?

I need to stretch out the top of my thigh because it is really sore from volleyball tryouts. Any good stretches I can do to help it?

  1. Stand with legs shoulder width apart. Grab one leg and pull it back as far as you can. It should feel uncomfortable but not SUPER painful. To maintain balance stare at something non-moving in front of you or on the floor. Hold it for 30 seconds.

    You can also still on the ground with one leg out and the other pushed back behind you so your foot is reaching for your butt.
