How do I style my hair like this?

it looks kind of stupid in my opinion, but just straighten your hair,

put a stretchy hairband on top, and there you go.

the back will naturally just puff up from the headband.

That little girl looks like a want to be "emo/scene kid." I wouldn't style my hair like that, but if you really want to, straighten your hair, and then back comb or "tease" your hair in the back half of your hair and put a headband in... In order to have a fuller better looking "poof" or volume, it helps to have layers so the hair sits better and doesn't look so odd.
