How do I style my hair to look like this?

I really like the way Miley Cyrus' hair looks on the cover of her new CD HERE: http://itsmahlyf.files.wordpress.com/2008/05/miley31.jpg

How do I get my hair like that, and how do I get it to hold? My hair typically loses the curl, even with hair spray, after about an hour.

Well in that i am pretty sure she is wearing extensions but. if you scrunch you hair with gel and then curl it with a 2 inch curling iron then spray it with volumizing spray and wear a thin, cute head band then it will probably look pretty close.

I have curly hair, and even I find it a struggle getting it to look good!

I'd recommend a hair tongs, it'd take a long time though. And some sort of mousse based product would stick longer than a hairspray.

I remember going to the hairdressers once and she styled my curls using mousse, it looked awesome :)

Although, it depends on your hair as well, because if it's not thick enough, curls WILL just fall out...
