How do I subscribe to cosmic clock?

Apologies - I would like to subscribe to cosmic clock but due to being 'technologlically challenged' do not know how - please could someone help me - I am subscribed to the k.s. group and to the k.s health group but cannot seem to find the link to subscirbe to this group. Many thanks
