How do I sue 2CoolRC for default over promissory note? Shawn/the co. owe me over 20K?

I'd rather not get a lawyer. The company is still in business. So, I could collect something. Anything would make me happy.

  1. I know you do not want to get a lawyer but your best bet would be to get a lawyer. Perhaps ask them to settle with you..?
