How do I survive when my bosses are fighting?

I work for a medium company of around 100 employees. I have 3 people I'm suppose to "listen to/take direction from/boss". It's a very unprofessional company and the 3 of them are constantly in a power struggle. One will tell me to do something, but not to tell the others. Another will make a decision and tell me to do it regardless of what the others ask/say. On, and on.

In the last 2 years I've been told to move my office 5 times each time in a different city. It's wearing me out emotionally as an employee. And it's costing our clients more money in the end when I have to do the work 3 different ways to satisfy each boss.

The only person above them is the CEO who doesn't want to deal with it so I hear. I've asked that they work it out themselves and then tell me the end result and they refuse to work with each other.

Is there something I can do or is it time to look for another job? I really would rather stay if it could be fixed.

  1. Working with one boss itself is difficult and with three people is more difficult. Try to solve the problem if you can by talking to all the three people. Explain them about the wastage of money and time.  If you don't get the proper response, then choose the person who has understood your pain at least to some extent from the three and follow his rules. Any way the CEO doesn't bother about it. If you think it doesn't work then the best option is to quit the job. Work in a professional company where you will have good growth rather than working in an unprofessional company.

    All the Best.

  2. Look for another Job, these guys can not work as a team, it will eventually put them out of business, but why put yourself through all the stress, you can do better for yourself

    Good Luck
