I work for a medium company of around 100 employees. I have 3 people I'm suppose to "listen to/take direction from/boss". It's a very unprofessional company and the 3 of them are constantly in a power struggle. One will tell me to do something, but not to tell the others. Another will make a decision and tell me to do it regardless of what the others ask/say. On, and on. In the last 2 years I've been told to move my office 5 times each time in a different city. It's wearing me out emotionally as an employee. And it's costing our clients more money in the end when I have to do the work 3 different ways to satisfy each boss. The only person above them is the CEO who doesn't want to deal with it so I hear. I've asked that they work it out themselves and then tell me the end result and they refuse to work with each other. Is there something I can do or is it time to look for another job? I really would rather stay if it could be fixed.
