How do I survive with little to no money? In this special case, do you think it's best for me to work @ home?

I have a BA degree in Spanish. I get SSI & Social Security-total $657/mo. Rent alone is about 1/2 of that. & I have other bills. By the time all the bills are paid by the 5th, I'm penny-broke. & I can't keep living like this. I suffer Tourette's, & employers refuse to hire me b/c of my uncontrollable facial tics & twitching. & the tics increase during anxiety-provoking situations, like asking for an application, going to an interview, 1st day @ work, etc. & I can never concentrate or focus. Also, I have lots of Dr.'s appointments. Either that, or I'm always sick & dizzy, or have stomach aches or headaches, or even IBS, which are all debilitating. What do I do?
